    • Expert Help, Wherever You Go: Our public service desks will now feature a combined team of friendly librarians and circulation staff. This means no matter which desk you approach; you’ll have access to someone who can answer your library-related questions and assist you with any task.

Enhanced Customer Assistance

We’ve created multiple service points to offer you the right help quickly and efficiently.

    • Welcome Desk: Your first stop for basic questions, library cards, borrowing materials, and more.
    • Information Desk: Need more help? We can guide you to your next favorite read, provide research assistance for all ages, and help you discover library resources.
    • Technology Help Desk: Get focused tech help and digital literacy training.
