Trustees absent: Farr Capizzi. Also present: Executive Director Ryan Livergood, Recording Secretary Celia Ornelas, Kevin Getty, David Corona and Mike Barr. Pledge of Allegiance President Beckwith led those present in the Pledge of Allegiance. Public Comments, Correspondence and Communications. None. New Business a. Personnel Policy 503 Vaccinations Vice President Kotsinis moved and President Beckwith seconded that the Board approve Personnel Policy 503 Vaccinations as amended. The motion carried on a roll call vote as follows: Ayes: Kotsinis, Hamilton, Sutton, Arnold, Linsdau, Beckwith Absent: Farr Capizzi. b. COVID 19 Vaccinations for Staff Trustee Arnold moved and Secretary Sutton seconded that staff must get the COVID 19 Vaccination or provide a negative COVID 19 test result weekly to WNPL effective October 1, 2021. The motion carried on a roll call vote as follows: Ayes: Hamilton, Kotsinis, Linsdau, Sutton, Arnold, Beckwith Absent: Farr Capizzi.  Adjournment President Beckwith moved and Trustee Arnold seconded that the meeting be adjourned.
