Warren-Newport Public Library District Gurnee, Illinois Suggestions & Questions from Our Library Users May 2022 Building-related comments 1. Please remove the air freshner in the children’s room. It is incredibly overwhelming so much so that I sneeze every time I enter that room and our family cannot stay for out little ones to play. Thank you for sharing your concerns. We are sympathetic to individuals that have a heightened sensitivity to air fresheners. It is a challenging issue because in the past, there were many complaints about foul odors from diapers or body odors in various parts of the library before we began utilizing the current air fresheners. Library staff have adjusted the settings on the air freshener system to the weakest and longest times possible by the system, with patron sensitivity as a priority. I apologize that we cannot do more to address this issue, but we are doing our best to satisfy as many patrons as possible to provide a pleasant library experience for all. Service-related comments 1. Can we have a kepers of the Lost Citys triva pleses. I am 10 years old and I would like to bring my freninds. 2. Thanks you for letting our family participate in Harry Potter Trivia. We had so much fun. Would love to see a family trivia (Disney). 3. Can we please do Twilight trivia? 4. TWILIGHT TRIVIA. The Harry Potter Trivia was SO MUCH FUN! 5. MY LITTEL PONY TRIVIA and Pokemon Trivia. 6. STAR WARS TRIVIA. DISNEY TRIVIA. Thank you for your suggestions and creative ideas.
