Trustees absent: Flores. Also present: Executive Director Ryan Livergood, Recording Secretary Celia Ornelas, Rebekah Raleigh and Mike Barr. Pledge of Allegiance President Kotsinis led those present in the Pledge of Allegiance. New Business a. Review RFPs (Request for Proposal) for Security Surveillance update. Treasurer Farr Capizzi moved and President Kotsinis seconded to accept the bid proposal for the Security Surveillance from Martin Technology Solutions as presented. The motion carried on a roll call vote as follows: Ayes: Kotsinis, Sutton, Arnold, Farr Capizzi, Hamilton, Beckwith Absent: Flores b. Review RFPs (Request for Proposal) for Boiler Tube Replacement. President Kotsinis moved and Secretary Beckwith seconded to accept the bid proposal for the Boiler Tube Replacement from Dennis Curtis Boiler Service & Sales, Inc., as presented. The motion carried on a roll call vote as follows: Ayes: Sutton, Arnold, Farr Capizzi, Hamilton, Beckwith, Kotsinis Absent: Flores  Adjournment Secretary Beckwith moved and Trustee Sutton seconded that the meeting be adjourned.
